Got short wheelbase Dodge...wanna mount 2.5 T-Case under there (actually connect to the stock Dodge NP 205)...room for front/rear driveshaft??Has 12" lift hope to go another 12".(Four link).Was thinking with all that lift angles/lenghs should be fine...what you think??

So putting 2.5 tons under there...too much work??Cant afford Kings...so have to go with coils/four link.

If this is your red truck, it doesn't have a 205... does it? It should have a 241.

Either way, with a reg cab short bed, that's going to be a long drivetrain. A long front shaft and a very short and steep rear shaft.

OK guess I'm going to "pass" on these Faceloads and T-case...my "other half" cant understand WHY I would want to go with heavy military running gear instead of my current 1/2 ton chit!!!Gee maybe 'cause military is freakin bulletproof AND those awesome (6:17) low gears...badass!!(Ran these same GM Faceloads on my old Monster rollin 66'ers!!Yes ran over cars....)

Still kickin this around...guess there ARE guys that put "Faceloads" under a 1/2 ton....they are a bit lighter than Toploads.Lookin at 100lbs each heavier than stock so not too bad.Plus I hear ,from another Forum that the stock tranny/t-case does well because of the gear ratio.
