I'm building a tube chassis and need help on what size DOM tubing I should use for my tube chassis and link bars...This truck will probably be doing some jumping so keep that in mind too...And also what size should I use for my roll cage?

2" .250 for link bars here also. Everything else, 1 3/4" or 2". I used 2" because that is the Dies I have for my bender. 1 3/4" is plenty strong though.

Thanks guys very helpful...For my roll cage should I weld the bottoms of the roll cage to the body or tie it into the frame somehow? I was thinking a metal plate welded to the floor with some kind of mount coming off the frame with a plate on the under side of the cab and just bolting the 2 plates together...What's ya'lls insight on this?

I thought Danilem had already made a deal on the tube chassi.and as far as your rollbar we just put like 6x8 plates in the floor 3/8 thick and no need to attach to fram we have rolled em and never had any injuries.
