PM me on the screen name changes and I can change them for you.

On the picture downloads, it is trying to open the image that the user uploaded and some folks upload huge images.  They do not know or do not have the tools to reduce the resolution.

If anyone ever needs anything or has trouble with their accounts, any posts, etc - PM me and I will do my best to help out right away.

Thanks again for your feedback.

The only way to control this is to train every member on this forum to resize their picture submissions to a certain size which is really not realistic.  Users do not have this problem with computers because they automatically resize the images for you when viewing.  Mobile devices do not have this technology yet - the browsers do not resize for better viewing.

Wish there was something we could do, but this is not an option right now.  Sorry...

UPDATE: The new mobile version will not launch for a little while longer.  Our development team wanted to make a few enhancements to the fixed toolbar and text editor.  We were set to release this week, but these final touches will delay things for a little while longer.  it will be worth the wait though and I will post an update very soon.  Thanks for your patience!

Here's an idea, it may have already been mentioned. I'm not sure because I have been out of the loop for a while:

What about having a forum-wide calendar of events? Say you have your 12 month calendar and make it to where you can submit an event to be placed on it. When your event is placed on the calendar, make it a hyperlink to the thread where it is discussed. (and naturally, have the Hottie of the Month at the top of the calendar)

I feel like it would help those of us who aren't as active or don't know the site that well to find or plan our next event/events.

Edit:

Ok, I'm slow. I just found the calendar but I don't see where there are any events posted.
