I'm really digging the bender. That's a nice piece of equipment.

Extends outer bearing position by 15 mm in order to use front axle hubs on the rear axle.[smile]

It was a long time since I wrote something here! [sleep]
There have been many things in between. [frown]
But now it's time to add a couple of hundred hours in 2015. [biggrin]
It will take time to build because the day only has 24 hours.

I work as a John Deere mechanic in the day.
Work in my firm Johansson Truck Shop in the evenings.
Will build a new workshop in 2015
Then shall the family and the house have their time.
The rest of the time will be mud truck time.[thumb]

So what's new?
WP_20141210 19.53.jpg WP_20141210 20.11.jpg  WP_20141220 12.19.jpg
I build on my drop box mounting.
As usual, I do it more difficult than necessary.
But if I have an idea of how it should look like....[rolleyes] then it's better to build so.

Happy New Year to all of you on the forum! [wave]

No I'm just a tractor mechanic!
But I think it's more fun to build than to buy ready-made parts.

When I finally move I plan on building a big shop behind the house and buy all the machines I've always wanted starting with a big lathe. I hope one day to be able to turn out parts that look like yours. Great job, keep the pics coming. Happy  New Year!

My axles comes from a terminal tractor![confused]
This means that there are twin rear wheels.[frown]
To get the right track width I need to use the front axle hubs on the rear axle.[idea]
In order to mount the hubs I need to fabricate four spacers on each side and modify the spiders.
I need to manufacture new hubs for the front axle to get the same track width as the rear axle! More on that later.[biggrin]
Rear axle new width is 206cm (81.1 ") between the flanges.[thumb]
