I bought this truck from a buddy and he had the stock 460, 2.5 tons, tomahawked diff covers, lockers front and rear, 47's, and PSC Hydro Steering, BUT I am trying to take it to another level. It's maiden voyage was Trucks Gone Wild Part 2 in Colfax, LA Sept. 2015 and during that trip I couldn't seem to keep it from running hot and probably because of the cheap ass fans that were on it. With the motor being ruined, I proceeded to build a 521 Stroker with forged eagle crank and rods with Mahle pistons, oiling port mods, ported c9 heads, with cometic gaskets, Victor air gap intake, Holley 870 carb, with hood exit headers, compression should be 12.5:1 or better. The block is still at the machine shop but should be ready in a couple weeks. You will see that I have a ton of work to do before TGW at Colfax in April.

Started prepping it for primer and monstaliner.
IMG_6767.JPG  IMG_6768.JPG  IMG_6769.JPG  IMG_6770.JPG IMG_6777.JPG Got some decals for it but I may redo them to make them larger.  IMG_6778.JPG IMG_6788.JPG IMG_6812.JPG Time to pull the motor with a buddys help IMG_7954.JPG IMG_7972 (1).JPG IMG_7973.JPG IMG_7974.JPG spun a couple rod bearings IMG_7978.JPG
Had my little buddy helping me for a minute.IMG_7983.JPGGetting the intake panel ready, going to be rewiring the whole truck too. I don't want to risk the already melted wires behind the dash burning the truck down.IMG_7988 (1).JPGMy pals at Southern Motorsports in Ruston, LA pulled the front clip and Old manual trans to replace it with the C6 along with clocking the np205 tcase and dropping the drivetrain a bit to correct the front driveline angle (it's STEEP) lolFullSizeRender.jpg This Pic was taken 2/11, just a lil ways to go.

I picked up some 1/8" Aluminum to cut my panels out of, I would probably just do sheet metal in the future. 12801525_1050821314969443_1077948808049280233_n.jpg
